Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Claire, a certified Level 2 fitness instructor, Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and Pre & Postnatal specialist. I am also a mum of two girls ands a keen marathon runner.
Core Foundations includes classes 'Mummy & Me' and 'Runners Reform'.
Mummy & Me focuses on gentle postnatal recovery, building strength as well as encouraging those precious first bonds between you and your little one. My mission is to help mums move with confidence, offering professional guidance in a warm, welcoming space where recovery and connection go hand in hand.
Runners Reform is a fitness class designed specifically for runners to build lower body and core strength to improve endurance, speed and most importantly, reduce injury!
